At the launch of our first online Hospital Managment System (HMS) turned out to be enjoyable and fun. We started with no specific plans or methodology as the management had informed us their concern that the medical staff may not have Computer literacy /skills required to handle our system. Language also was thought to be an issue. However after a brief of introduction in few hours the staff started raising interesting questions and the participation was interestingly fun and exciting. Our trainers then "took off" and the launch was filled with enthusiasm. Our system does not need any installation, its online, so in 2-3 days the Orthopedic hospital staff is running the system from "Paper based to online" what a change !! It was really exciting for staff and some patients also joined to undesrtand and participate and comments!
